2. Our services
Assura Motor Group provides vehicle replacement and accident claims management services following a non-fault road traffic accident. Where you were not at fault, we provide our services on a credit basis and recover our reasonable costs from the at-fault party’s insurer.
3. Eligibility
To use our replacement vehicle and claims services, you must be a licensed driver, the accident must not have been your fault, and you must provide accurate and complete information about the incident. We reserve the right to decline or withdraw services where eligibility criteria are not met.
4. Your responsibilities
- Provide truthful, accurate and complete information;
- Cooperate with us and any third parties handling your claim;
- Take reasonable care of any replacement vehicle provided to you and comply with the terms of the hire agreement;
- Notify us promptly of any changes relevant to your claim, including the repair or return of your own vehicle.
5. Replacement vehicles
Any replacement vehicle is supplied under a separate hire agreement. You are responsible for driving the vehicle lawfully, for any fines or penalties incurred while it is in your possession, and for returning it in the same condition as provided, subject to fair wear and tear.
6. Costs and indemnity
Where you were not at fault, you will not be asked to pay for our services provided you have given accurate information and cooperated with your claim. We provide a fully indemnified service; however, this indemnity may be affected if you provide false information, fail to cooperate, or breach the terms of any hire agreement.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and images, is owned by or licensed to Assura Motor Group and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
We take reasonable care to ensure the information on our website is accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
